What does Being Well mean for You?

Wellness is more than being free from illness...

It is also learning how to be open to the one constant in life: Change.

Embracing each moment as an opportunity for growth and also our innate ability to heal and live wholeheartedly.

How can I best serve you?

I am a mental health therapist who works with clients  to provide a tailored made approach to help them work through trauma and mental afflictions.


I have experience working with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Food Disorders as well as working with clients on the Autism Spectrum.


Beyond Diagnosis

InJoy has been created following a principle of compassion with Self and others, following a vision to stand as one of the many reminders that it is possible to live with joy, health and contentment.


Using tools like CBT, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, the aim is to empower clients so they can move from trauma into lives full of contentment, joy and connection.


The best way to take care of the future is to take care of the present moment
