I was born in Lima, Peru and studied Psychology at Ricardo Palma University.

Upon migrating to Australia, 13 years ago, I had the opportunity to work for the Aged and Disability care industries for over 9 years.

Passionate about all things that bring joy, connection and wellbeing, I offer my clients an opportunity to remember their own capacity to heal.

Trained in different therapeutic modalities, I Injoy using a combination of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Humanistic approaches to my practice.

Founded InJoy as a platform to offer wellbeing services and with the vision to provide a place to heal, connect with community and share different tools to help us live a joyful and content life.
